What comes to mind first when you hear the words career in e-commerce? So what is changed? To summarise, the change is that the digitalisation of all the marketing activities mentioned above. This digitalisation means that there is a need for marketers who can take fast actions, excelled in competitor analysis, stock control and price mechanisms.


For instance, along with the marketplace moving from offline to online, companies have more information and details about their customers and the efficiency of their campaigns. Therefore, marketers who want to work in the e-commerce sector should be able to use the data effectively sometimes to segment their customers or to improve the performance of their campaigns.


Besides, marketing specialists have to prepare longer reaching plans than before due to the instant spread of knowledge.
